George co-founded CapStreet in 1990 and has led numerous investments in a variety of industries.  Prior to founding CapStreet, George was a Senior Vice President with Duncan Cook & Co., a Houston-based private equity firm and Rotan Mosle, a Houston-based investment banking firm.  George obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Union College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Neil has 20 years of private equity and investment banking experience. He joined CapStreet in 2002, and prior to that worked for Wachovia Securities (fka First Union Securities / Bowles Hollowell Conner) in Charlotte, NC and Chemical Securities (now JP Morgan) in New York and Australia. Neil is currently Chairman of Gulf Stream Marine and VCS Holdings, and worked extensively with several former CapStreet portfolio companies, including Worldwise Holdings, Warren Alloy, Switch and Data Facilities Company (NASDAQ: SDXC) and Baseball Express. Neil obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the Johnson School at Cornell University.

Kathy has over 20 years of accounting, finance and human resource experience.  Prior to joining CapStreet, she was a Partner with Arthur Andersen where her most recent positions included Global Director of Finance, HR and Administration for the corporate restructuring service business unit; Director of Finance, HR and Administration for the Houston office; and Regional Director of Finance and Administration for Central & Eastern Europe.  Kathy works with many of CapStreet’s portfolio companies on executive recruiting and human resource management. Kathy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Brewster currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Cardtronics, Inc. Mr. Brewster is responsible for leading Cardtronics' finance and administrative organization, overseeing accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, tax, audit, risk management, investor relations, and legal. Prior to joining Cardtronics, Mr. Brewster served in positions of increasing responsibility in the finance function at a series of multi-unit service businesses. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of three NYSE-listed public companies whose revenues ranged from $400 million to $1.7 billion. Mr. Brewster received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1971, and an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration in 1975.

   

 

Daniel T. Bucaro

Mr. Bucaro has over 24 years of operations experience. Before taking his current position with Landmark Aviation, he was CEO and a co-founder of Encore FBO. He served from 2004 to 2006 as Chief Executive Officer of Trajen FBO Networks. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Bucaro served as Vice President and General Manager of Chubb USA where he had responsibility for US operations of Counterforce USA and Chubb Security. From 1998 to 2002 he was executive vice president for Transcom USA with P&L responsibility for a business that included 35 distribution and five manufacturing facilities throughout North America. Mr. Bucaro started his career with the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company where he worked for 11 years. At Goodyear he held various management positions, including General Manager of Goodyear Australia and Marketing Manager for Goodyear’s Southeast Asia operations, headquartered in Singapore. Mr. Bucro received a B.A. in Business Accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington.

   

 

William V. Larkin, Jr.

William V. Larkin, Jr. currently serves as President and CEO of Shield Air Solutions, Inc. and is the former President and CEO of Corrpro Companies, Inc, a leading provider of corrosion control engineering services, systems and equipment to the infrastructure, environmental and energy markets. He is also a Director of Corrpro and a Director of Warren Alloy, Inc. Prior to joining Corrpro, Mr. Larkin was President and CEO of Travis International, a former CapStreet portfolio company. Mr. Larkin received his A.B. degree cum laude from Harvard College and his Master of Business Administration degree from Yale University.

   

 

William F. Murdy

William F. Murdy currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Comfort Systems USA Inc., and was both Chairman and CEO until December 31, 2011. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Club Quarters, a privately-owned chain of membership hotels. From January 1998 through July 1999, Mr. Murdy served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of LandCare USA, a publicly-traded commercial landscape and tree services company. LandCare USA was acquired in July 1999 by another publicly-traded company specializing in services to commercial facilities and homeowners. From 1989 through December 1997, Mr. Murdy was President and Chief Executive Officer of General Investment and Development Company, a privately-held real estate operating company. From 1981 to 1989, Mr. Murdy served as the Managing General Partner of the Morgan Stanley Venture Capital Fund. From 1974 to 1981, Mr. Murdy served as the Senior Vice President, among other positions, of Pacific Resources, Inc., a publicly-traded company involved primarily in petroleum refining and marketing. Mr. Murdy also serves on the Board of Directors of UIL Holdings Corporation and Kaiser Aluminum. Mr. Murdy is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and of the Harvard Business School.

   

 

Milton L. Scott

Milton L. Scott is the founding majority shareholder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Tagos Group. In 2003 he co-founded Complete Energy Holdings, LLC, an acquirer, owner and operator of over $1 billion of power generation assets. From 1999 - 2002 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Dynegy, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. Prior to joining Dynegy, he spent 21 years at Arthur Andersen, LLP where he was an audit partner. He is a graduate of Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting.

   

 

Charles A. Sorrentino

Executive Advisor

Charles A. Sorrentino has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Houston Wire & Cable Company since 1998. HWC had record sales and earnings in 2006 and launched an IPO in June of that year. Prior to joining HWC, Mr. Sorrentino served as President of Pameco Corporation, a national HVAC distributor, from 1994 to 1998, and was instrumental in launching its IPO. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sorrentino was with PepsiCo for nine years and with United Technologies (Sundstrand Corporation) for 12 years. Mr. Sorrentino earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
