George co-founded CapStreet in 1990 and has led numerous investments in a variety of industries. Prior to founding CapStreet, George was a Senior Vice President with Duncan Cook & Co., a Houston-based private equity firm and Rotan Mosle, a Houston-based investment banking firm. George obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Union College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Mike has over 30 years of operating experience, including 17 years as CEO of several companies, including Hi Lo Automotive, Transportation Components and Metals Supermarkets International. Mike was also a Partner at Arthur Andersen. Mike works with several CapStreet portfolio companies, including Sprint Industrial Holdings and GHX Holdings. Mike obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Wichita State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Neil has more than 15 years of private equity and investment banking experience, including roles at Wachovia Securities (fka First Union Securities / Bowles Hollowell Conner) and Chemical Securities (now JP Morgan). He has worked with several current and former CapStreet portfolio companies, including Switch and Data Facilities Company, Baseball Express, Worldwise Holdings and Warren Alloy. Neil obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the Johnson School at Cornell University.

Kathy has over 20 years of accounting, finance and human resource experience. Prior to joining CapStreet, she was a Partner with Arthur Andersen where her most recent positions included Global Director of Finance, HR and Administration for the corporate restructuring service business unit; Director of Finance, HR and Administration for the Houston office; and Regional Director of Finance and Administration for Central & Eastern Europe. Kathy works with many of CapStreet’s portfolio companies on executive recruiting and human resource management. Kathy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Paul joined CapStreet in 2003. Paul has worked with several current and former CapStreet portfolio companies, including Trajen Holdings, Warren Alloy, Sprint Industrial Holdings, Jackson Products, Hart InterCivic, GHX Holdings, and Trinity Steel. Prior to joining CapStreet, Paul was employed by Credit Suisse in New York in the Global Energy Group where he worked with energy clients on various types of financing transactions. Paul received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin with honors.

Prior to joining CapStreet, Park worked in the private equity and investment banking industries where he was involved in a number of private investments and public financing transactions. Park's experience includes positions with Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), 3i Group, and Robertson Stephens. Park obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Adrian joined CapStreet as an Analyst in 2006. Prior to joining CapStreet, Adrian was an Analyst with JP Morgan Chase’s Houston-based Energy Group. Erin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Erin is licensed as a CPA in the state of Texas.

William N. Fry
Executive Advisor
William N. Fry currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Oreck Corporation, a leading manufacturer of cleaning equipment, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to that, he was the President of Easton-Bell Sports and predecessor entities from 2001 until early 2007. Easton-Bell Sports is a Dallas-based leading designer, developer and marketer of sports equipment. From 1990 through 2000, he served in various positions with The Dixie Group, Inc., a leading marketer of high-end commercial and residential carpets and rugs, and was its President from 1995 through 2000. Mr. Fry obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to attending Harvard, Mr. Fry served in the U.S. Navy for eight years.

David M. Gilchrist, Jr.

David M. Gilchrist, Jr. currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of RF Holdings. Prior to joining RF Holdings in 2007, Mr. Gilchrist was the Chief Executive Officer of Jackson Products from 2003 until 2007 and the President of VP Buildings from 1995 through 2003. Earlier in his career, he served as the President of Mid-South Industries and the Fusite Division of Emerson Electric. He is a director of Wolverine Tube and Jackson Products. Mr. Gilchrist received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Francis College.

William F. Murdy

William F. Murdy currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Comfort Systems USA Inc. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Club Quarters, a privately-owned chain of membership hotels. From January 1998 through July 1999, Mr. Murdy served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of LandCare USA, a publicly-traded commercial landscape and tree services company. LandCare USA was acquired in July 1999 by another publicly-traded company specializing in services to commercial facilities and homeowners. From 1989 through December 1997, Mr. Murdy was President and Chief Executive Officer of General Investment and Development Company, a privately-held real estate operating company. From 1981 to 1989, Mr. Murdy served as the Managing General Partner of the Morgan Stanley Venture Capital Fund. From 1974 to 1981, Mr. Murdy served as the Senior Vice President, among other positions, of Pacific Resources, Inc., a publicly-traded company involved primarily in petroleum refining and marketing. Mr. Murdy also serves on the Board of Directors of UIL Holdings Corporation and Kaiser Aluminum. Mr. Murdy is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and of the Harvard Business School.

Milton L. Scott

In 2003 he co-founded Complete Energy Holdings, LLC, an acquirer, owner and operator of over $1 billion of power generation assets. From 1999 - 2002 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Dynegy, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. Prior to joining Dynegy, he spent 21 years at Arthur Andersen, LLP where he was an audit partner. He is a graduate of Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting.

Charles A. Sorrentino

Charles A. Sorrentino has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Houston Wire & Cable Company since 1998. HWC had record sales and earnings in 2006 and launched an IPO in June of that year. Prior to joining HWC, Mr. Sorrentino served as President of Pameco Corporation, a national HVAC distributor, from 1994 to 1998, and was instrumental in launching its IPO. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sorrentino was with PepsiCo for nine years and with United Technologies (Sundstrand Corporation) for 12 years. Mr. Sorrentino earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.

Sam L. Susser

Sam L. Susser is President and Chief Executive Officer of Susser Holdings Corporation and its subsidiaries, including Stripes, Susser Petroleum Company and APT. Prior to founding the Southguard Corporation (predecessor to Susser Holdings) in 1988, Mr. Susser spent 1985 - 1987 with Salomon Brothers Inc. in New York City and in Dallas in the corporate finance division and in the mergers and acquisitions group. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
