New Features Added to Ramp Restaurant Management System (RMS)

Houston, Texas – Revention®, the industry-leading provider of restaurant management technology, is focused on continuous improvement by adding new features to keep restaurants operating and generating revenue during dine-in shutdowns due to Covid-19. Revention is proud to see its customers succeed in a very challenging environment.

Customer Success

Little Pops Pizza in Naperville, Illinois typically serves 200-250 pizzas on a Friday night. Within 24 hours of the Governor’s order to close all dine-in restaurants, Little Pops converted the restaurant’s dining room to support the increase in no-contact delivery and carry-out orders with six outdoor tables that provided curbside pickup. They served a whopping 432 pizzas that night!

“Thanks to having 5,000 loyalty program customers stored in the Revention point-of-sale database, we were able to quickly communicate the new curbside pickup and no-contact delivery options. Getting the word out through email and Facebook has increased our business by 75%.” – Mike and Vicki Nelson, Little Pops NY Pizzeria.

The Revention restaurant management system gives restaurateurs the ability to own the relationship with their customers by obtaining and storing their data through the integrated point of sale system and loyalty program. That database was key to driving revenue for Little Pops NY Pizzeria.

“We are focused on empowering customers to be agile and to quickly adapt their operations to new conditions,” said Dan Wallin, Vice President of Products. “We are continuously adding new features that make a difference today and will serve them well in the future.”

What’s New

In addition to the new no-contact delivery option in HungerRush Online Ordering, pick-up is now even easier, there’s more integrated third-party service partners, and additional choices for gift cards. Here’s what’s new:

  • Ability for restaurant customers to notify restaurant upon arrival for quick and easy curbside pickup.
  • Third-party order and delivery services integration has expanded and now includes DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates, Grubhub, and more.
  • E-Gift cards are available through our third-party gift card partners. This value-add allows restaurants to access immediate revenue.
