Capstreet is a Houston, Texas based private equity firm that invests in lower middle market companies. We held a final closing for Capstreet V and reached its hard cap of $500 million in December 2019. With this fund, we continue to target industrial distribution and manufacturing companies, as well as outsourced business service companies, including tech enabled services and software businesses.
Our investment criteria include the following:
- Investment Strategy: Capstreet’s approach is to partner with strong management teams with the goal of accelerating growth and profitability, building out corporate infrastructure and creating long term sustainable businesses.
- Company Size and Characteristics: Companies with $3 – $20 million of EBITDA, with an established operating history, recurring or maintenance driven revenue, and/or high visibility into future cash flow generation.
- Investment Size: Capstreet’s target investment size ranges from $15 million to $60 million.
- Capital Structure: We are flexible regarding capital structure and ownership interest, depending on the specific opportunity.
